Turn your vision into a viable business with the Casper College entrepreneurship program. Whether you’re a traditional student ready to launch the next big startup or a nontraditional learner looking to turn a side hustle into a full-time career, our program is designed for the modern innovator. You won’t just learn about business; you will build one. Our curriculum focuses on the practical mechanics of starting and sustaining a venture, from market research and financial planning to digital marketing and leadership.
We offer two distinct paths to help you master the entrepreneurial mindset and gain the technical skills required for business ownership.
Casper College is a national leader in “affordable excellence,” consistently ranking as one of the best values for higher education in Wyoming. We are committed to helping you understand the investment you are making in your future by providing transparent cost information and personalized support. While individual costs vary based on residency and course load, many students use a combination of federal grants, the Hathaway Scholarship, and other funding sources to help manage their educational expenses.
We encourage you to use our net price calculator and contact our financial aid office for a customized estimate of your costs and aid eligibility.
The entrepreneurial mindset is in high demand, not just for business owners, but for “intrapreneurs” who drive innovation within established organizations.
Our program is built on rigorous academic and professional standards. Casper College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
The Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) is primarily a vocational degree designed for direct entry into the world of business. However, Casper College maintains a strong partnership with the University of Wyoming at Casper. Graduates of the A.A.S. program can often transfer their credits toward a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) in Organizational Leadership, allowing you to earn a four-year degree while continuing to build your business. Learn more about Transfer Agreements.
A college education is more than just learning skills for a job. It’s learning how to interact with people. At Casper College, I met people from all over the world which improved my skills as a student
