Fall Collage Concert to feature a variety of works

The Casper College Collegiate Chorale, Men’s Choir, Women’s Choir, and the Casper College Contemporary Singers, Triple-C, will present the “Fall Collage Concert” on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 3 p.m. in the Wheeler Concert Hall.

Under the direction of Dr. Zachary Vreeman, choral instructor, collaborative pianist Lynn Kahler, and collaborative organist Dr. Eric Unruh, the concert will include “a wide variety from many time periods, but the majority of it is by living composers,” said Vreeman.

According to Vreeman, highlights of the concert will include a set of nocturnes and lullabies, a piece with nonsense syllables, and several pieces accompanied by organ. “This is the first time that an organ has been played in Wheeler Concert Hall,” he said.

The “Fall Collage Concert” is free and open to the public. The Wheeler Concert Hall is located in the Music Building on the Casper College campus.
