“Caring for Animals and Plants” is the topic for the final Animal House at the Werner Wildlife Museum Wednesday, Aug. 12.
“Caring for Animals and Plants” will help children learn to care for the environment for animals and plants. Children will also learn how both animals and plants respond when threatened or crowded, according to Dalene Hodnett, director of museums.
Families are encouraged to bring a sack lunch to enjoy in the backyard after the program at the Werner. Animal House is a summer program for children ages 5 to 12.
