Community Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
This training program is available for currently licensed emergency medical technicians, advanced EMTs, intermediate EMTs, and paramedics.
Criminal Justice
The criminal justice program offers a range of courses designed to help students develop qualities that are desirable for employment in the criminal justice fields: communication capabilities, intelligence, tolerance, self-discipline and respect for constitutional values.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Casper College offers three training courses: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT); Advanced EMT; and Intermediate EMT.
Fire Science
The fire science program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for fire service employment or job advancement within the profession, or for transfer to a four-year school for additional training in fire science management.
Forensic Science
In this program, you learn a lot about biology, chemistry, human anatomy, and criminal justice — topics that will prepare you to go on to finish a four-year degree in forensic science or perhaps land a job as an evidence technician.
Paralegal Studies
Average wage = $23.29/hour *
The paralegal studies curriculum provides students with a wide range of hands-on learning including, but not limited to: skills in research and investigation, digesting depositions, organizing case files, and drafting a variety of documents. Students also organize a trial notebook, practice interviewing expert witnesses and preparing a medical chronology, and draft jury instructions.
Paramedic Technology
This program is designed to prepare you to provide immediate primary emergency care to people in health crises.
Pre-Law (Business)
The pre-law degree from Casper College is primarily a general studies degree emphasizing communication skills and the understanding of political, economic, social, and cultural institutions. It is intended to prepare you for successful transfer to a bachelor’s program, with the ultimate goal of entering a graduate program in law.
