Casper College T-Bird Rise Scholarship
Are you a first-generation college student or a non-traditional student (age 24 or older) ready to take the next step in your education? Casper College is here for you! Thanks to the Casper College Foundation, the T-Bird Rise Scholarship is available for the 2025–2026 academic year to support students who haven’t attended Casper College—or any other college or school—for at least one full year.
There are no extra forms or complicated steps—just apply for admission by July 1, 2025, and you’ll automatically be considered. Award amounts are $500 per semester for part-time students (6–11 credit hours) and $1,000 per semester for full-time students (12 or more credit hours). Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
You don’t need to submit an additional application for the T-Bird Rise Scholarship. If you’re selected, you’ll be notified by postal mail after July 1st. While the award is limited, Casper College is ready to help you soar!
Casper College T-Bird Award
Students are automatically considered for this scholarship if you (1) apply for admission to Casper College, submit current high school transcripts and ACT scores before December 1 each year, prior to the start of the next academic year, and (2) meet the criteria. The goal of the Casper College T-Bird Award is to recognize high-achieving incoming freshmen students. These are awarded based on cumulative high school 3.0 GPA and ACT 21 composite score.
You don’t need to submit an additional application for the T-Bird Award. If you’re selected, you’ll be notified by postal mail. While the award is limited, we’re excited to offer this opportunity to as many students as possible!
Activity and Athletic Scholarships
Recipients of activity and athletic scholarships are selected by the coach and/or sponsor of each activity/sport. Each scholarship requires the student to maintain specific eligibility and prescribed participation level requirements to maintain the award. Generally, recipients must attempt and earn at least 12 credit hours each semester and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA each semester. These scholarships are not automatically renewed, but you are welcome to reapply for future opportunities.
Foundation and Alumni-sponsored Scholarships
Foundation and Alumni-sponsored scholarships are made possible through the generosity of private donors and endowments. The criteria for these scholarships vary, offering opportunities for both part-time and full-time students, with a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0. These scholarships are designed to support your educational goals and help you succeed at Casper College. Learn about some of our generous donors and alumni.
