Any employee at Casper College can access funds from the Benevolent Fund account once a year. The fund will provide assistance of up to $250 to help the employee pay for an emergency bill. This can help pay for utilities, rent, medical, travel, or food expenses. Please attach a copy of your bill with your application. Completed forms can be returned to the Casper College Foundation office or sent directly to Erich Frankland. A small committee will review your application and notify you of their decision in a timely manner. All inquiries will be kept confidential.
