Thank you to all who submitted applications for the 2026 SparkTank event. Stay tuned for information on how to get involved for next year’s competition.

Any 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Natrona County is eligible to apply. Small, social ventures supporting underserved community purposes are especially encouraged to apply. Our funding prioritizes grassroots organizations that operate at the heart of their communities. We seek to empower under-resourced nonprofits whose local impact often outpaces their visibility in traditional philanthropic circles.

What is SparkTank

SparkTank is a Casper College initiative inspired by a similar program at the University of Wyoming. Our goal is to bring Casper College students, local nonprofits, and social entrepreneurs together to support community needs in Natrona County.

SparkTank will award funding, on a competitive basis to local 501(c)(3) organizations to support projects that serve the local community in ways that may otherwise be overlooked.

The Impact

SparkTank is more than just a project — it’s a community-driven movement.
At Casper College, SparkTank connects students with local nonprofits, building meaningful partnerships that strengthen our region and offer students an unmatched, real-world learning experience that goes beyond the classroom.

Together, we are sparking a sense of community service within Wyoming’s future business and community leaders while helping local nonprofits amplify their impact. Click here to give today and join us in our journey to ignite change and fuel the spirit of giving in our community.
