2019-2020 Casper College theater season begins with “Children of Eden”

The Third Annual New Music Day will be held Saturday, Sept. 21, with guest composer-performers Christian Asplund, Vinny Golia, and Steven Ricks.
The Casper College Department of Theatre and Dance will look at “Mystery, Mayhem, and Madness!” during the 2019-2020 season.
The first art exhibition of the 2019-2020 school year at the Mildred Zahradnicek Gallery is “awakening awareness: an offering of collected insights” through Thursday, Oct. 3.
“Elemental Portraits,” the first show for the 2019-2020 school year at the Goodstein Visual Arts Center, is now on display. A reception and artist talks will take place Monday, Sept. 9.
The Wyoming Arts Council has awarded a 2020 Creative Writing Fellowship to Chad Hanson in creative nonfiction. Two other Casper College faculty, David Zoby, and William Conte were awarded Honorable Mentions.
The Casper College Music Department is calling all community musicians who would like to play in a musical group to join the Casper College Band and/or the Casper College Jazz Ensemble.
Auditions will be held for the Casper College fall musical “The Wiz” on Tuesday, Aug. 20.
