As part of Casper College’s “Sex Week” stalkers and stalking will be the topic of “Awkward? Jerk-wad? Or Stalker? When ‘Creepy’ Becomes Criminal, and How to Protect Yourself” on Thursday, Feb. 16 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the T-Bird Nest. The event is free and open to the public.
Local rancher and birding enthusiast Stacey Scott will be the guest speaker at the February edition of the Werner Wildlife Museum’s Wildlife Study Group on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m.
Tickets are now on sale for the next Casper College Theatre production, “The Rover,” a comedy which will take place on the McMurry Mainstage February 23 through March 5.
The Annual Kinser Jazz Festival at Casper College is celebrating its 50th year with three headliner artists: Grammy-nominated Kris Berg and the Metroplexity Big Band on Monday, Feb. 6; Grammy winner New York Voices on Tuesday, Feb. 7; and Grammy winner Terell Stafford with the Ben Markley Trio on Wednesday, Feb. 8. All three concerts will take place each night in the John F. Welsh Auditorium at Natrona County High School at 7.
All Natrona County are invited to participate in a free drug take back safe disposal event on Tuesday, Jan. 31, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The take back will be held Chapman Lobby of the Walter H. Nolte Gateway Center.

The Casper College men’s and women’s basketball teams will host “Military Appreciation Night” on Saturday, Jan. 28 beginning at 3 in the “Swede” Erickson Thunderbird Gym. All veterans and current military with a valid ID will receive free admission for themselves and a guest.
