The Casper College Alumni Association will host the annual homecoming festivities at the Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gym on Saturday, Feb. 25 as the T-Birds take on the Pronghorns of Gillette College from Gillette, Wyoming. Admission is only $1 per person for both kids and adults.
“I’ve wanted to play at Casper College since I was a sophomore in high school,” says 5-foot-5-inch Kayla Evans of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Ruth Nwokora came all the way from Lagos, Nigeria, to play basketball at Casper College.
The Casper College men’s and women’s basketball teams will host “Military Appreciation Night” on Saturday, Jan. 28 beginning at 3 in the “Swede” Erickson Thunderbird Gym. All veterans and current military with a valid ID will receive free admission for themselves and a guest.
Due to snowed-in conditions in Powell, Wyoming, the basketball double header scheduled for tonight between the Northwest Community College and Casper College has been rescheduled.
