Leadership skill sessions offered at Casper College

The Casper College Workforce Development department is offering a series of classes for those seeking leadership skills.

The series, “Essential Leadership Skills for Today’s Professionals,” will run on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 17 through Oct. 15. According to Sarah Schneider, workforce training specialist, this leadership series will help students set themselves apart from their colleagues by becoming a vital part of their organization’s future.

“Whether someone is new to their role, an experienced executive, or wants to advance their career, taking this series of classes will be a rewarding asset,” said Schneider. The series will cover the following classes: “Leadership Compass,” “Generational Differences,” “Creating Psychological Safety,” and “Succession Planning.”

Upon completion of the series, each student will receive a certificate of completion to add to their portfolio.
