Register for T-Bird Trek by May 31 to Save $10

The early bird registration deadline for the 10th Annual T-Bird Trek is Friday, May 31, 2024. Beginning Saturday, June 1, the cost for all race options will increase by $10. This year’s T-Bird Trek will be held on Sunday, Sept. 8.

The cost for those who register on or before May 31 is $60 to participate in the Lookout Point or the Downhill half-marathons, $50 for the 10K, and $40 for the 5K. Profits from the event will support scholarships for Casper College students, institutional grants, and alumni programs.

The 5K takes place on campus, and participants can run or walk at their own pace. The 10K is a standard out-and-back race. The two half-marathons involve Casper Mountain, with the Lookout Point Half Marathon requiring participants to go up Casper Mountain Road and turn around at Lookout Point. The Downhill Half-Marathon will begin at Hogadon and run down to the finish line on the Casper College campus. Downhill Half-Marathon runners can take a shuttle bus, which leaves the Casper College campus at 6 a.m. “If you are not able to join us on Sunday, Sept. 8, run virtually and receive the swag,” said Ann Dalton.

The T-Bird Trek is for runners, family, and friends and showcases the Casper College campus and community.
