Dance, dance, dance: Enjoy and appreciate student learning with movement and music

The Casper College Dance Department is holding two dance showcases, May 8 and 9, each night at 7:30 p.m., highlighting the work of the department’s students from the spring 2024 semester.
“The Spring 2024 Dance Showcase will consist of work the students have been working on throughout the semester,” said Jodi Youmans-Jones, choreography instructor. The performance will be a combination of choreography from the students and instructors Amy Fitzsimmons and Youmans-Jones. The showcase will consist of solos, duets, and group works.
Casper College dance students scheduled to perform are Linda Cox, Maddison Allen, Kaylee Youmans, Wyatt Buhler, Owen LaCount, Roman Gaddis, Mckenzi Sorenson, Mikayla Phelps, Jacie Coupens, Ella Meyer, Kylie Cuka, Denton Decoteau, Abigail Ehrlich, Isabella Garro, Callisto Hager-Leaf, Lillian Jackson, Ambrosia Johnson, Rae Mann, Emma Mayfield, Camille Morris, Finn Overgard, Nathan Skoglund, and Savannah Kiggans.
Both showcases are free and will be held in the Barbara N. and Leland F. Scifers Dance Theatre on the south side of the Gertrude Krampert Center for Theatre and Dance on the Casper College campus.
