Casper College Volleyball players Mia Hutchinson and Siri Bates have been named to the NJCAA 2nd Team All-Region.
Hutchinson, is a 5’11” outside hitter from Star Valley, Wyoming. According to Angel Sharman, head coach, the freshman was “ … our all-around team player for us this year and led the team in kills and helped us defensively.
Bates, a 6’0” middle blocker from Castle Rock, Colorado, is also a freshman on the team. “Siri led our team in blocks which is her strong point and we put her against the opponents strong hitter, which is a lot of pressure on her,” said Sharman.
“Both Mia and Siri are extremely hard working and have improved during the year,” added Sharman.
