Complete this form to notify Enrollment Services in writing that you wish to drop or be withdrawn from all classes at Casper College for the specified semester. Withdrawal requests will be processed based upon eligible withdraw and drop rules related to your classes and program and appropriate drop and/or withdrawal deadline. See the academic calendar for deadline information. You will receive email communication about the status of your request.
