The Renewable Energy Technology program is a versatile, interdisciplinary program that offers students the opportunity to become trained in variety of technologies. The core of the program is centered on electrical power generation from wind and solar.

What are the features of Casper’s program?

As a graduate of this program at Casper College, you will be trained as an instrumentation and control technician. You will develop a high level of mechanical skills as well as specific skills in wind and solar installations. Through your course of study, you can also take electives in related disciplines such as construction, business, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and information technology. You will also have the opportunity to work with small wind turbines and residential solar installations.
