Job Summary and Responsibilities:
– Answer the IT Help Desk phone calls and provide solutions for students, staff, and the community
– Refer complicated issues to the appropriate IT department
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree-seeking student, enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership institution. – Ability to answer phone calls, troubleshoot, and communicate a proper solution to those that need help
– Have a solid understanding of computers, and other electronic devices or WILLING to learn
– Be willing to be a part of a team, be punctual, and available when needed
