Job Summary and Responsibilities:
-Provide simulation center support in the form of “Simulated Participant Role” support and daily assistance with duties. This role requires acting and possible foreign language skills.
● Must be comfortable with acting skills for the role being played
● Ability to work with minimal supervision
● Maintain confidentiality
● Working in a professional manner
● Actor/Actress in the Simulated Participant Role
○ Acting as a patient, physician, or other role assigned
○ Assisting with simulation set up and tear down
● Pickup and delivery of supplies
● Applying moulage for role playing
● Other duties as specified by the Operations Specialist or Director of Simulation
Expectations:
● Satisfactory completion of weekly requests
● Completion of assignments efficiently and in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree-seeking student, enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership institution. ● Degree-seeking student, enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership institution
● Good academic standing
● Experience with Microsoft Office
Health Science, Pre-health, Health-related students MAY NOT apply due to typing tests.
