Mike Bingle-Davis was raised in Mandan, North Dakota and graduated from the University of North Dakota with a B.S. in geology with minors in military history and eastern religion in 2002. After a brief hiatus living in Oregon, he returned to the University of North Dakota to pursue a Master’s in geology focusing on surface water statistics and properties of the Prairie Pothole region of North Dakota. He earned his degree in 2006 and then started work at the North Dakota Department of Transportation as a geoscientist responsible for wetland delineation. Mike is now employed at Cameco Resources in Casper, Wyoming as an exploration geologist in Uranium. His hobbies include geology, movies, and spending time with his wife and daughter, Alice.
