“NOON SERENDADE” SET FOR SATURDAY AT DURHAM HALL
The Casper College Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of Jennifer Cowell, string instructor, will be in concert on Saturday, March 2 at 3 p.m.
“’Noon Serenade’ will feature a 45-minute program of string orchestral music from the romantic period featuring compositions from Claude Debussy, William Ryden, Béla Bártok, and Antonin Dvorak. In addition, an original composition, “Mer Château Rêverie” (“Sea Castle Daydream”), by Jayne Jacobs, Casper College sophomore music major will be premiered at the concert.
The concert is free and open to the public and will take place in Durham Recital Hall located in the Aley Fine Arts Center on the Casper College campus.
