How to...How to Support the Casper College Foundation
Together in Generosity, We Make Education Possible.

Since its inception in 1964, the Casper College Foundation has made both education and major building projects possible. As a nonprofit, the foundation has helped thousands of students by supporting the college in excess of $67 million. With thanks to countless benefactors and friends, the foundation plays a critical role in the growth and development of the college, which was recently recognized as the 25th best two-year college in the entire country, with the fifth most beautiful campus.

The foundation spearheads development campaigns for projects like the $97 million master plan and the completed Gertrude Krampert Theatre renovation and expansion and funds events such as the Kinser Memorial Jazz Festival, the Humanities Festival, and various lecture series. The foundation helps with computer equipment, supplies, and travel. Students, faculty, staff, and the entire community benefit from the foundation’s dedicated commitment to Casper College.

Please contact Paulann Doane, foundation executive director, today at 307-268-2684 or to discuss how you can become a foundation partner. There are many ways to fund your focused areas of interest at Casper College and help keep us moving strongly forward.

Common Ways to Give:

  • Fund for Excellence.
Your donation goes to the “Areas of Greatest Need.” In some cases, it will be matched by the State of Wyoming or generous local donors who have issued challenges.
  • Vision Campus Community Campaign.
The foundation still needs to raise roughly $3 million to finish its local pledged commitment to the current campus master plan. Naming opportunities are available.
  • Scholarships.
You may set up your own scholarship or add to existing funds. The foundation funded $760,000 million in scholarships this year to over 700 students. This amount grows every year.

The foundation is also commonly written into wills and bequests designated for memorials. For questions regarding any of these tax deductible methods of helping the students of Casper College, just contact Paulann. You can learn more about the foundation at caspercollege.edu and on the foundation’s Facebook page.
