  • ASSE Cross Connection Recertification
    This class is for people who want to renew their American Society of Sanitary Engineers tester license. To be recertified you
    must pass a written exam and perform a hands-on exam on a double check and reduced pressure assembly. The cost includes
    the ASSE recertification fee. This class is funded by the Region VIII EPA Office of Drinking Water.

  • ASSE Cross Connection Tester Recertification

    hydraulic principles, test gauges, parts and terminology, applications and installations, test procedures, troubleshooting,
    and test failures and causes. You must document five years of plumbing or drinking water industry experience. The cost

    WWQ-PCA Don Hudson Memorial Scholarship
    Don Hudson was the first executive director of the Wyoming Water Quality and Pollution Control Association (WWQ-PCA) and a
    proponent of operator education, as he demonstrated by working during the day and attending night classes. His strong belief in
    operator education and training lead the WWQ-PCA to honor Don by naming this scholarship after him upon his passing.This scholarship will be used to sponsor the first six Wyoming water or wastewater operators who register for the Confined Spaces class and apply the class towards their DEQ contact hours in water distribution, water treatment, wastewater collection, and wastewater treatment.   • Confined Spaces
    This is an introductory class on OSHA’s permit-required confined space entry regulations. Topics covered include understanding
    the regulations and required elements of a confined space program.

  • Microsoft Excel for Operators
    This preconference workshop is part of the Wyoming Rural Water‘s annual conference. Participants will learn Excel

    This is an introductory class to OSHA’s Construction Regulation subpart P: Excavations 1926.650-652 known as the

    protection systems.
