Educational Resources is a student centered, campus-wide group that promotes and supports life long learning, community building, and continuing development of academic and social growth.

» Center for Learning through Service
CLS was established at Casper College in the fall of 2006. The Center is home for several programs including, Help Yourself Academy and classroom Service- Learning, and serves as a clearinghouse for local volunteer opportunities for students through its Civic Engagement Program.
» Honors Program
The Casper College Honors Program offers qualifying students the opportunity to join with their peers in a challenging program tailored to meet their intelligence and strong motivation. Our curriculum includes four interdisciplinary seminars featuring timely and relevant topics such as, "Biomedical and Environmental Ethics," "Comparative Philosophical Traditions," and "Quest for American Identity."
» International Education
The International Education initiative was created in 2006 to foster an institutional culture and climate that fully support international education and cross-cultural awareness in order to prepare Casper College students for a global environment.
» Learning Communities
Courses that are linked or clustered over the course of a semester, often with a focus on a common theme across different disciplines of study. The approaches used in learning communities can be as varied as the instructors and disciplines involved in those communities. Depending on the type of learning community, students may be required to enroll in two or more courses that make up one learning community.
» University Partnerships
Casper College's University Partnerships is an initiative to provide access to post-associate degree programs for students in Wyoming. This is accomplished by forming partnerships with accredited institutions throughout the nation that offer programs in a distance-delivered format.

» Academic Testing Center
The primary purpose of the Academic Testing Center is to support the academic excellence at Casper College through the diligent administration of Distance Education, special-needs, makeup, and WorkKeys testing for the campus community.
» Digital Learning
Digital Learning provides students with the opportunity to take some of the same classes offered on campus but in a different format. Distance education courses have textbooks, assignments, exams, student-centered interaction, and, other features that encourage success.
» Goodstein Foundation Library
The Library provides a 128,000 volume collection of materials especially selected to serve the students and faculty of Casper College. This book collection is supplemented by over 385 periodical subscriptions. In addition, the periodical databases on the WYLDCat provide access to over 40,000 full-text periodicals.
» Assessment
As an accredited institution, Casper College is committed to implementing an assessment plan that will produce clear evidence of student learning. The institution will guide and support learning facilitators in the systematic documentation of student learning and will disseminate such documentation both to the college community and the community at large.
» Media Services
Media Services is a Department within Educational Resources at Casper College working with schools and their departments to help ensure technology used in the presentation of instruction is available, functional, and effective.
» Western History Center
The Casper College Western History Center maintains a collection of noncirculating materials on Wyoming and the West with particular emphasis on Casper and Natrona County. The Western History Center collection of primary sources supports the instructional, institutional and individual needs of students, faculty, staff and the community. The collection is open to the public and is utilized by researchers world-wide.
