I was born in Laramie WY and raised in the northern CO southern WY area. After high school I spent some time in Anchorage Alaska, where I first started in the automotive industry. I first worked as an Autobody repair technician before switching over to the mechanical side.
I married and had two sons before moving back to Wyoming in 1980. I have three sons and a step daughter and am now a proud grandparent of three girls and one boy. My oldest son still lives in Casper and does also enjoy working on vehicles.
After working at various shops in town I settled into a position at the local Chevrolet shop where I spent 14 years as a Technician. I accepted a teaching position at the college in 1998 and have enjoyed sharing my experience with each new group of students.
