Prior to Casper College, Ana Thompson was at Idaho State University where she worked as an Instructional Technologist and Lab Manager at the Instructional Technology Resource Center. At ISU, Ana provided training and support to faculty and staff in the areas of course design, use of technology in education, WebCT/Moodle use with current pedagogies and course evaluation administration. Ana’s past experience includes Computer Information Systems adjunct faculty teaching at ISU, ICEE (Intermountain Center for Education Effectiveness) teaching for ISU Continuing Education courses, Systems Operations at the ISU Federal Credit Union (Pocatello, ID) and Internet/Videoconferencing Assistant duties at Western Wyoming Community College.
Ana received a Master’s degree in Information Systems from University of Phoenix in 2007; a Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems with Management Emphasis from Utah State University in 2004, and an A.S. with Computer Science Emphasis from WWCC in 2001. |
