| Kathleen Thatcher comes to Casper College from Northern Arizona University where she has been working with faculty, staff, and students since August 2005. She was Program Coordinator in the office of Academic Assessment where she provided leadership and expertise in the design and implementation of assessment activities. She received her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardville, Edwardsville, IL and her Master's Degree in Rural Geography from Northern Arizona University, December 2007. |
