Bill has taught school at every level, from kindergarten through college. He’s served as a principal of five elementary schools in Texas and Wyoming and was named principal of the year in 1988 for the State of Wyoming. Originally from Lone Oak, Texas, he graduated from Southern Methodist University. He served two stints in the U.S. Navy, first in the Air Corps during World War II, and later in Korea.
