Janet gives up to 50 presentations per year to college students, high school students, professionals, and community groups. With 19 years of experience in the employment and career development field, Janet thrives on helping people to be successful in their education and careers.

The Director of the Career Center is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of a comprehensive Career Center for Casper College students and graduates. The principal goals for this office are: (1) counsel and advise students and community members on choosing their major, making career decisions, conducting job searches, and researching options for advanced education; (2) provide services and other resources designed to assist graduates and alumni in gaining full-time employment and currently enrolled students in obtaining employment within the community while enrolled at Casper College; (3) provide services and other resources designed to assist currently enrolled students obtain on-campus employment through the student hire program; (4) maintain liaison with businesses, industries and agency representatives who hire Casper College students, graduates and alumni; (5) maintain tracking systems which enable the assessment of satisfaction levels and employment histories for Center users; (6) develop funding resources to supplement the operation of the Center.
