Roy Cohee is the owner of the trucking company C&Y Transportation. Mr. Cohee served as the Speaker of the House for the State of Wyoming. He retired from the House in 2010 after his sixth term.

He is a member of Rotary, Casper Chamber of Commerce (Past President), the Wyoming Trucking Association (Treasurer, Past President), Republican Party Budget and Audit, Casper Petroleum Club (Past President) and Management Committee and Steering Committee for the Wyoming Business Alliance/Wyoming Heritage Foundation (Treasurer).

He and his wife Barbara have two children.
