Customized Training
The Center for Training and Development (CTD) is a comprehensive and affordable solution to your training needs. CTD staff is experienced in providing customized, industry-specifi c training that fi ts the training needs and schedules of business and industry in Natrona County. Training is provided at Casper College or on-site. |
Needs Analysis
CTD conducts need analysis to help businesses better understand their organizations, employees, and customers. Information is gathered and analyzed to identify challenges, opportunities, or defi ciencies. Methods used to gather information including surveys, interviews, focus groups, policy and procedure review, etc. depending on the needs of the business or organization. The information gathered can be used to develop effective solutions and training needs. |
Employment and Training to Self Sufficiency (ETSS) Grants
CTD provides short-term training to parenting adults who meet income guidelines. Contact CTD for more information about the program or how your business can participate. |

Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Casper College is a program for adults age 50+ who wish to continue learning and exploring for the sheer joy of it. Renew your enthusiasm for learning in a relaxed atmosphere, without entrance requirements, grades, or exams. Supported by the Bernard Osher Foundation, OLLI is a vibrant learning community offering a rich array of short courses, fi eld trips, and lectures of particular interest to adults aged 50+. No college background is needed; all that is required is a love of learning. Activities take place on the easily accessible Casper College campus as well as offsite at other community locations.
