SCHOLARSHIPS AND POLICIES
Golden Age Scholarship
Residents of Natrona County who are 60 or older when the term begins are eligible for tuition waivers for most Casper College classes through the Golden Age Scholarship program. A Golden Age Scholarship card may be obtained in the Office of Admissions and Student Records prior to or at the time of registration upon presentation of any official document attesting to the person’s age. A Golden Age Scholarship permits the person to enroll tuition-free for credit and community service (CMSV) courses. Golden Age Scholarships do NOT cover continuing education (CEU) or OLLI courses at Casper College, or costs for books, supplies, and course fees.
Continuing Education Policies:
Registration Deadline:
Unless otherwise noted, registration is ongoing until the class fills or begins. Class sizes are limited and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registrations are not complete until payment is received or company billing arrangements have been made. Late charges will be assessed to delinquent bills.
Cancellations:
Occasionally classes are cancelled due to insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances. All fees will be refunded if the class is cancelled by Casper College. In most cases, the decision to cancel a class will occur at least three business days prior to the start of class, so register early to prevent cancellations.
Refund Policy:
If you are not able to attend a class for which you have registered, please notify us at least THREE business days prior to the start of class or the registration deadline, whichever date is sooner, to cancel your registration and arrange for a refund. No refunds will be granted without the required notice. Failure to attend is NOT a cancellation. If you have any questions please call 307-268-3399. For exceptions to the refund policy, students must submit a petition request to the continuing education office.

Learn basic knitting skills such as cast-on, cast-off, basic

Construct a panel lamp using the copper foil method and make

- The Works of Oscar Wilde
Few authors have achieved the success of Oscar Wilde in
multiple genres including drama, fiction, poetry, nonfiction, and
children’s literature, and few have such a colorful history. We
will discuss the unique aspects of his work and history as well

Importance of Being Ernest directed by Oliver Parker in 2002.

enjoying scenic views or navigating challenging whitewater,
kayaking offers both worlds. Learn basic kayaking skills,
paddle strokes, boat control, rolling, and river running safety.

then test your skills at the Platte River White Water Park. We
provide all the equipment, or you can bring your own. The
instructor is American Canoe Association certified in white
water and swift water with over 16 years of experience. The
