Residence Hall Programming/Concept Plan
The Residence Hall planning committee is nearing completion of the Programming/Concept Plan (Phase I) work with architects AndersonMasonDale.
The three visuals include:
1) a site concept drawing showing the overall building layout;
2) view of the standard double-bed unit; and 3) possible modular layouts for the kitchen/lounges, laundry room, and handicapped room.

- Build residence hall complex to house 450-500 students
- Utilize modular design and construction for cost savings
- Provide an improved student living/learning environment
- “Wow” factor; gender integration; bed/bath combinations; community/learning spaces

- AndersonMasonDale will develop schematic design in conjunction with Project Management firm
- Establish cost estimates for project
- Finalize financing plan
- Revenue bonds, Foundation/other funds, Student costs
PHASE III – Design Development & Construction Documents
- Contractor Procurement (Negotiated GMP)
PHASE IV – Construction
